Annual Quadra Beach Clean Up
We will head to Open Bay
for our clean up. We can meet back at
the Spit for lunch and some goodies which will be provided for all
participants.
The Discovery Passage Aquarium is partnering with Sierra
Quadra this year and will have a booth at the spit. If you would like to donate some baked
goodies that would be greatly appreciated, too.

Great Backyard Bird Count!
A local birder will
be joining us for the event. If you have
binoculars or bird ID materials you may want to bring them along.
We will be using iNaturalist, a free app, and how our club can be involved in the Discovery Island Ecosystem Mapping Project. If you have an Apple device (iPhone, iPad or iPod) you may want to download the app beforehand so you can use it during the event.
