Action Awards!

Bronze, Silver and Gold level Action Awards recognize individual children for their self-directed outdoor and community activities.

Action Awards are earned in four categories:
  • Nature Detectives: study or research birds, bugs, plant, fish or mammals;
  • Environmental Action: protect, conserve, preserve, or restore the natural environment;
  • Leading Others; share nature and environmental actions by presentations, posters, etc;
  • Community Participation: take part in community events like shoreline cleanups and record them in your nature passport.
Action Awards encourage kids to be informed naturalists and active environmentalists.
