Young Naturalists explore and step up for nature during Club Explorer Day adventures.
Last June, the YNC Cowichan Weekend Club spent a day planting young Garry Oak trees at Cowichan Garry Oak Preserve, a 52-acre conservation area on Southern Vancouver Island and home to one of the last and best remnants of Garry Oak ecosystems. These young naturalists were really making a difference!
